  Arrived a bit beat by UPS but thankfully not much damage to the AC Unit. There are two dents in the evaporator fins which I can straighten with a fin comb. Seller used extreme measures to insure the unit didn't leave the packaging before I opened it :-) Thanks. The AC Unit is 100% New as described, UPS shipping was a bit slow locally but traveled across the country quickly. Overall value for the price is a great deal. Thanks again for the additional discount.

  The AC unit was shipped in a week, packed with original box and arrived safely, as described, and like NEW. A great value and free shipping! The machine is relatively quiet when operating and powerful. The room gets cooled quickly with 14,000 BTUs. I am in love. Highly recommend this seller. Thank you for such a great transaction.
