    A wonderful item and excellent Seller. Great communication and lovely products. The fragile item was packed with extreme care and arrived in perfect condition. Item was shipped out promptly and was just as described. The post office ended up routing the package on an interesting out of the way path, but the Seller was wonderful in every way and communicative the entire time.. I can highly recommend shopping here and will be back to shop again in the future! Thanks again so much! A+++ :)

    Quick delivery but I feel items could have been packed better, they were all together in a ziplock baggie. One of the ornaments had broken pieces off the pine cone. If wrapped separately I don’t think this would have happened. I will glue the pieces back on because I love them and they complete my set . They were as pictured and a good buy.

    Got the item in and wrecker arms were broke, probably due to postal service. Was in original box, so my blame is on the USPS for rough shipping and handling of the package. Was as described if not for USPS. Thanks
