  The seller was very prompt with responding to a note that I had included on my order that I needed it quickly. If I recall correctly, I placed the order one evening after business hours, and they messaged me that evening. They also mailed the package literally the next morning, and I got it quickly. The teddy bear was exactly as advertised and brand new. Excellent customer service and kindness! I would highly recommend them based on my experience.
