  Item is fine, but the seller didn’t send via the method promised in the listing. It was supposed to be tracked shipping via Evri. Instead they sent it untracked via Royal Mail, and they also underpaid the shipping, so I had to pay the extra before Royal Mail would deliver it. When I contacted the seller about this they told me not to pay the fee as they believed Royal Mail was trying to extort more money.
