    Seller is very professional and communicative about order details, shipping information, what to expect, etc. They use DHL / Fedex so it took only 2 days to arrive despite being internationally shipped. In terms of Hololive merch, I would say they have items on the rarer side. I was only able to find the 2-set collab towels with this seller and they generously accepted my offer so I'm very pleased with this purchase.
