  Dear Sir/Madam, First of all, thank you for the services provided to me. I recently ordered the Therapy Hot Rocks Massage Stone set, which looked very good upon arrival. However, unfortunately, when I opened the package, I noticed that two of the stones were damaged. They are broken and therefore unusable. Please advise me on how to proceed with this claim.
