  After examining the piece it doesn’t seem to be worth the price as it doesn’t fluoresce as described. Still a beautiful peice, and worth the time for my collection. Packaging was well and shipping was relatively fast. Seller still has not contacted me back with an answer to my question . Overall 8.5/10!
