  The seller found damage on the garment before sending and informed me of it. She gave me a choice to get a deep discount or refund. That alone would be enough to let me know she cares about her buyers. I am certain she would have packed it properly, shipping it in a timely fashion. And the value would be matched by her fair price. I would buy from her again.

  I’m blown away by the seller’s customer service. This was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had. This seller excels at communication. I was interested in the item and they told me about another offer that came in and gave me the opportunity to purchase beforehand. They also refunded me the difference in shipping.
