  Disappointed in Royal Mail taking over a week to deliver. This puts me off of wanting to use EBay in future 😢 Responsive seller , sponges arrived packed loose in envelope , I have no issue with that at all . Thank you ☺️

  Seller sent an item that didn't match the listing (fixed hole window kit rather than zipper-based), and did not respond at all when I messaged letting them know and asking that they send the correct item. I was only able to obtain a refund at all thanks to eBay's returns system. Would not buy from them again.

  Exactly as described. Only slight negative is that they were packaged individually in an A4 envelope and somewhere along the postage line the envelope split.... But none were missing. Would use buyer again.

  Exactly as described, don't know what happened with the postage but they took a week after despatch to arrive. Postal services really going downhill :(
