  Is as described. Shipping was delayed a few times but it was worth the wait because the figure is in perfect condition and was packaged nicely! I paid more than what I would have in Hot Topic because of the shipping cost, but it beats buying a bunch of unopened boxes just to find the exact figure you want. Very happy with this purchase overall.
