  The seller had great communication, fair pricing, fast shipping and cute packaging. The item arrived in excellent condition and I can't wait to use it. She even adjusted the shipping price when I asked her if it might be too much for the weight of the item. Tens all around! The only suggestion I would make is a more thorough description of items listed.

  shoes arrived damaged but seller refused to refund money though Ebay has policy that damaged goods can be returned even if sold as not returnable ..provided picture and description of damage to seller and Ebay but no response from seller to Ebay .. fortunately Ebay refunded my money..never had a problem with a seller in the past but would recommended to buyers to steer clear of this site..

  I apologize that your upset, my photos clearly show the items were new and in the box. I'm not sure what happened to the shoes at this point. I take great pride in my store and try to provide a good buying experience for the buyer. I feel maybe this should have been a claim with USPS, and unfortunately some buyers take advantage of the return policy. Although I don't accept returns, I do make things right with a buyer when I feel like it's a valid return. Thank you
