  Excellent seller: CD presented exactly as described via ebay. Seller afforded me with fantastic quality of service and impeccable communication but the process was scuppered by the Royal Mail failing in their role to deliver the original order.   Item arrived with a damaged jewel case i.e. snapped bottom hinge! The seller responded promptly to my message regarding the matter, and I don't doubt for a moment that the item was despatched in the condition described. But I do think that the packaging used wasn't appropriately robust enough for transit! The seller offered a refund including return shipping costs but I try to avoid this due to personal circumstances, therefore I retained the CD. Positive feedback given because of good CS.

  Really good seller. I have bought from him before and have always been pleased. The CD's were as described and at a very good price. Because I bought 3 CD's I asked if I the postage could be reduced and the seller obliged. I am very pleased with my purchases and would buy from him again and would recommend him to others.
