  i've been a regular shopper on eBay for over 15 years. It's uncommon to have direct engagement with a seller unless you have an issue. I purchased a high-quality jacket at an incredibly affordable price. The buyer was conscientious and reached out in advance of shipping to check in with me about the purchase. it was a level of care and attention that is uncommon.
