  Shipping was all messed up! No tracking and package was trashed when I finally received it. However, the seller appear to be a decent person, so I don't blame them! Packaging... All shipping, USPS, FEDEX, UPS, ETC., all suck! Value was awesome! As described, I'd say so. I'll know once I go to install them... Good communication with seller and I would buy from them again.

  Seller (JA) with integrity. Product arrived timely, packaged well, and in great condition upon arrival. Small glitch in what was ordered, but seller was responsive and rectified this immediately. Great customer service. I would without hesitation order from JA again.

  The seller is amazing, package didn’t come with the hooks, but the seller quickly fixed that issue by sending out a pack of hooks. He is quick a replaying. Overall great service.

  The fan arrived safely. The box took some damage but the fan was unabashed. The item was exactly as described, maybe even a little better. It looks absolutely amazing. It works totally silently. The price I paid was great. I’m very happy with this fan. The seller is a good seller in my book.
