    I was so impressed with the seller. When I received the incorrect size pot, she apologized + wanted me to keep it for free: re-send the correct one. However, I somehow received/found DAMAGED EMPTY BOX. I contacted the seller, just letting her know because the item is gone by someone. However, without hesitation, she fully refunded my money: although the seller got nothing but lost her item + money. I am SO touched by her kindness & her efforts.     Prompt communication once I let them know I was considering their item. The boots arrived promptly, as described and actually looked better than the pics. Great price. Packaging could have been neater or in a box instead of a soft-sided envelope wrapped in tape. Overall I am pleased with this transaction, quality & value.

    Exactly as advertised!!! Very quick transaction!!! Purchased late Friday night. Saturday by 10 AM received emails with USPS tracking number. Received product on the following Tuesday. Finally got around to installing product on my Sierra on Saturday and am impressed at the literal new condition with zero scratches on product. - Would definitely do business again with this seller if something else I am interested in was offered up for sale by this seller. Thank You!!!

    The shoes are just what I had been looking for and in near perfect condition. A "scratch" was noted by seller who communicated additional info to me upon request. Timely and helpful responses. Upon receipt, scratch was insignificant and actually less than expected. Item was ordered, quickly shipped priority mail and delivered in a 5 day span. Transparent & fair seller; would buy from again!

    Finding this item, in this condition, definitely made my day! Communication with the seller was easy and helpful. Purse's condition was shown/described well Package arrived timely and I was truky delighted when I opened it. I know silly, right? I had a 31 purse before and used it" to death". It is just the right size to carry everything tou need, without feeling like a suitcase. As you can tell, I am happy with this item. Lol
