  The item was labeled as a men's large, but upon receiving it, It was a youth large, as it appeared quite small. However, the seller went out of their way to rectify the situation. This is the kind of seller you want to encounter on eBay—someone who stands by their products. I would strongly recommend this seller to others, as they genuinely care. The item was well-packaged, the shipping was speedy, and the price was excellent, but unfortunately it was the wrong size. Thanks 😊

  Item was shipped timely and arrived fast. Packaging was polymailer appropriate for size. Item was as described although seller noted one zipper didn't work but in fact it does, so that's a win for me. However seller could be more mindful of cleaning out backpacks in future. Item arrived with random loose screws and used dental floss picks (ew) in the small pockets. Otherwise happy with item and value received.
