I don't award 5 stars for raw cards ever, they have to be graded for 5 stars. Personally it seemed a bit pricey but I wanted the card. Personal choice. Well packaged. I thought it would have arrived quicker but no significant delay. Vendors set the price and you buy it (or don't) if it appeals to you. This goes for every vendor on eBay. Great vendor.
