  Hat arrived in sub par condition with flaws that were not shown in the listing photos. This was upsetting. Once I notified the seller of my disappointment and the faulty item, they immediately refunded my entire purchase. A+ customer service.

  I highly recommend this seller! The book they sent me was as described, but not as I expected. It was a part of a set & this book was smaller than my set (& than most sets available). When I let them know they promptly worked to rectify the situation. The book was well packaged. It arrived in a timely manner. & It was a good value.   GREAT! This Norfolk Southern Railway Denim Hat is wonderful. So much better in person than described or pictured. An excellent find at a reasonable price. Shipped fast and the packaging was extremely good. An excellent seller I highly recommend!
