  I ordered a Taylor Swift Tortured Poets snow globe from this seller. Unfortunately, the goddess of timing did not find the temperatures beguiling and the snow globe froze during shipping, causing it to break. The seller accepted my return back and is refunding my money, which I greatly appreciate. If he had another globe, I would buy it and wait for a little warmer weather. The seller is very polite and professional.

  The seller was away for the holidays, which resulted in the delay in contacting me. He has accepted my return and refunded my money. He is very polite and professional and if he had more snow globes, I would buy another and just do Fed Ex. The goddess of timing would likely find that beguiling and the globe would not freeze. If I could figure out how to do it, I would switch my feedback to positive. This is an excellent store.

  The doll arrived very quickly and in new / unopened condition. Unfortunately the bottom left portion of the box is ripped, but I don’t think the seller could’ve known bc it was still wrapped in the original Disney store tissue and box. I am sad that there is the box damage but overall I’m very pleased with my purchase.
