  The packaging was great above any expectations. I was afraid that I will receive a bent product due to the long distance transportation but it wasn't the case. The product is looking fantastic. I don't mounted on the car yet but I think it won't be any problem.

  I received the ladder within 4 days of my purchase. There was no instruction sheet. It was listed as being for the Nissan Frontier. There is no way the mounting plates would match up with my tailgate. If you look at the parts picture, that is exactly what you get. If you look closely at the installed pictures, there is a third plate which adapts to the truck. I asked for the instructions and was told the plant boss was gone for the weekend and they would get back to me. Never did. I made my own.
