  New screen works great. Part shipped quickly and very secure packaging. There was a slight mixup with the tracking number but seller cleared it up immediately after a quick message, good communication. Only issue is the touch board is pictured in the listing but not included when the screen was delivered. If you need a board you'll need to supply your own or get no touch. Client is OK with that because JKComputerParts has the best price available, but it was a bit disappointing. Still, 5 ⭐!

  JKCOMPUTERPARTS was very communicative and quick with responses. I was originally concerned about buying an open-box "new" battery but JK confirmed it was new and I wasn't disappointed! Battery arrived very professional packaged and exactly as advertised (including exact original OEM model number). Installed battery, charged it up and everything worked great! The cost was reasonable. Very impressed with JKCOMPUTERPARTS and will definitely try to purchase from them again in the future. 5-STAR!

  Motherboard was packaged safely, and shipped out quickly. Mainboard was in new condition as described, however it came packaged with the wrong IO shield back plate. After contacting the seller, a small amount of our purchase price was refunded to help offset the cost of obtaining the correct part. Seller was responsive and kind in all communications. Motherboard is operating flawlessly as part of a new system build. Very pleased with our purchase and experience! Thank you!!

  The system needed some simple work done but all said and done its essentially mint now. With a battery upgrade, 32GB RAM mod, and upgraded storage this thing rips. Shipping was quick and packaging was sufficient, listing was as described but also a bit too vauge - this lead me to this sellers customer service who ultimately were just doing their jobs and after the second or third inquiry my question was answered. Overall this was a great value and I recommend.

  The monitor was exactly as described and was provided at very fair, appropriate pricing. Service continued with fast shipping (received in 2 days) and very good packaging material. Altogether, an extremely seamless transaction. In fact, seller will be tagged to do future business - very highly recommended!

  The product arrived as advertised. My only issue was with delivery but that’s on usps as they didn’t update their tracking properly and then sent the package to a facility 10 minutes from me and then back to the edge of the state to two facilities two hours away and then back to the same facility 10 minutes away and then to my post office. Don’t recommend usps at all but will definitely recommend this seller. They gave prompt responses to all my questions while waiting for my package to arrive.
