  The package was missing part of the items. The owner made it his priority to not just resend what was missing but sent me a whole new package, so I got two knives and a training knife instead of just one knife and a trainer knife. He did this in unbelievable time. I have never experienced customer service so insanely pleasant before in my life. I can't speak highly enough of the seller or the merchandise.
