There was an issue with a password in the UEFI but the seller was able to give me a number of options on how it could be resolved. I choose to have the password removed, it naturally took a bit of time but I have since received the laptop back and can now access everything. I would highly recommend this seller and when I am in the market for another laptop I will definitely consider using this seller again
