The seller was very responsive and issued at 50%plus refund on the damaged journal. I was able to get it to look somewhat as it had been described after I had painted the leather scratch damage. It arrived significantly undervalue which is why the seller issued the partial refund.

They were rattling around when I received them but thank GOD were not broken. Lovely item; recommend the seller do a better job of packing in the future. Some bubble wrap, perhaps? Thank you.
