The Seller simply does not prioritize the buyer's concerns. eBay had to step in and assist with the matter, ultimately ruling in my favor. There are always two. The buyer insisted on returning the item which is hardly worth the time, cost, and effort for a $6 dollar item when shipping costs are so high. We could have done a partial refund, but apparently that is not good enough for some people. You got your full refund so just suck it up buttercup.
