  I was so happy to receive the package and was so disappointed when I opened it. One of the two bottles was completely broken. All the contents leaked into the bag. When I opened it, the entire package was wet. You should take care of stronger packaging.

  Seller stated that the item was "New with box" in the description (see attached picture). The item was not in a box, but it seemed to be unused. I contacted the seller and received a $4 discount. Seller said that further in the description it states that it is not in a box. I would have bought from another person to get this item in a box. I will not buy from this seller again.

  No box was shown in photos, we specifically called out that it was new- no box in description. Buyer didn't read or ask questions prior to purchase. We even refunded part of the cost for any confusion that may have occurred. Classic example of feedback extortion.
