The box was received damaged; the seller prevented any loss or damage to the product by packing in a sturdy plastic bag with copious heavy-weight brown paper wrapped around the set. I agree with the seller's description (all pieces had light scuffing; expected in used flatware). Considering what a brand new service for 4 costs, then this used service for 6 is a bargain. I will definitely purchase from this seller again!
