  First ordered was lost in the mail and I never got it. Contacted the seller and they sent me more collars and put tracking on them. They were excellent in their response. Collars arrived today just as described. Even though it was not the sellers fault the first order was lost in the mail, they went out of their way to compensate me.   Seller advertised for sale—and sold and charged me for—an item which, seller subsequently claimed, was actually "not available or damaged." I am giving a 'neutral' seller review because I have no evidence that this was deliberate, but it does indicate (at best) a lack of attention to inventory management on the part of the seller and a failure to remove and update listings. I would recommend messaging this seller to confirm your item is in fact still available before purchasing anything.

  BUYERS BEWARE!!! Slow to ship and dirty practices. Seller marked item as shipped before actually doing so, making canceling the order impossible. Afterwards informing me the package will ship the next day. It’s now the next day and I’ve messaged the seller several times through today without response. I should’ve known when the item description had no actual seller description, but a copy and paste generic description from the manufacturer. Upon sellers request, review revised, and accurate.
