  Customer support is fantastic. It wasn't the ring I had envisioned, even from the phots, just color differences I didn't like. It was pretty, and they offered to try and get it right, I just think it would be too difficult given the differences in fire/color of opals. They are working with me on return/refund and are VERY polite and helpful

  The ring is exactly what I expected. It came on time, even quicker, and with tracking number, packaging and shipping in good order. The ring is exquisite, made for my pinky finger. I adore it.
