I NEVER BUY a used slot car that is listed as “UNTESTED” or “AS-IS”, because I believe most sellers are trying to hide something that they know is defective. I made an exception this time, and I’m glad that I did. This is a difficult to find, 40+ year old slot car. It looks GREAT and with a couple of drops of oil and new rear tires, it runs GREAT.   It came all away from Ohio, so I can’t complain about how long it took. It was package very carefully so as not to damage the item. The seller was very descriptive about what the item did but not the exterior condition. I was very surprised when I opened the box. It looked like brand new. I’m very happy with the purchase.
