  Some of the staple lines were broken when the product arrived. Perhaps a bit more packing/stiffer package may have prevented this. The staples fit my stapler and a few broken lines are not, by any means, a show stopper. I would consider buying from this seller again.

  Nice product. Appreciate seller accepting returns. But I’ve ordered twice, and both times he’s generated a label within the shipping window, and then waited a week+ to drop it off at the post office.

  Item as described. I ordered from this place in Vegas because it's only an hour and twenty minutes from my house. I thought it would come in 2 or 3 days. WRONG! I ordered it on the 9th and did not get it until the 17th! That's eight days!

  Great seller ,nice cane tips , a seller I've bought from many moons ago ? But, I bought the 1-1/4 " white ones with a replaceable metal washer inside to reinforce the tip and with # 22 molded on the bottom of the tip ? Seller informed me that the black ones with replaceable metal washers were reinforced more than the white ones ? Any way when they arrived today , I'm 71 years and I just don't understand why the black ones with # 22 molded into the tip cost more than the white #22 ? Andy

  I finally got the item after almost 3 WEEKS! I probably never would have gotten it without filing a complaint with Ebay. Seller never responded. It should have been delivered in AZ from Las Vegas in 2 or 3 days. Item never moved in apx. 2 weeks. Seller ignored my request. No communication! Read and believe the negative reviews. Very poor seller in my opinion...
