  Do not buy from this seller. They do not have the item in stock. Once you buy the item they tell you they can't even ship it until after your 30 day guarantee with ebay expires.

  Order confirmed means we will ship the item once our bulk order arrives at the warehouse. This was clearly stated in our listing, but it seems you missed it. I asked if you wanted to wait or get a refund, but you still threatened to leave negative feedback. We've been honest from the start, but we can't control how you rate us. I hope next time you'll read the description carefully before impacting people trying to make an honest living. God bless, and take care

  After my payment, the seller wasn't shipping for a few days. Then out of blue he sent me a message, saying his courier had damaged the item he was supposed to ship. Now the seller had been away for over 2 weeks before I bought it and now he disappeared again. It reminds me the Chinese sellers claiming their items were damaged whenever the final auction price was very low. Not sure if it is the case, but even though he refunded quickly, it caused me lots of inconvenience. Money is not everything!

  To be clear i am not a "chinese" seller I live and have always lived in the US. I have had this account for over 10 years. I am not going anywhere. My customers satisfaction is my main priority. The fact that this unsatisfied buyer was refunded all of his money promptly, indicates that i am not in the business to rip people off. This has been my first and only no positive review and it saddens me that the buyer and I were not able to come to a mutual agreement before this claim was made.

  It is disturbing to see the reply from the seller. In fact, we had discussed in detail through private messages why he/she was just getting the neutral, not positive feedback score and he/she clearly stated 'understood.' After all that, writing a response like this confirms my decision not to give the positive feedback was the right one. Perhaps a negative one? As anyone can read, I never said the seller was Chinese. Comprehension problem? & it is true the seller was away for an extended period.
