  Seller's outstanding. The communication provided is great. Responsive regarding questions. Knowledgeable and reassuring when replying. Item similar to the OEM center cap that came from the factory, representing excellent value, especially when compared to dealer costs. In reality, Hyundai dealers didn't even offer the correct item, misrepresenting the application on their sites. Seller understood what was needed and reassured me that it is the correct part, which it is. Recommend this seller!

  Spoke with seller about the package not moving within usps for 4 days. Right away, they offered to contact usps for me, and sure enough, the package started traveling same day. There were too many issues on USPS’s side, but seller still chose to rectify the situation for them.

  First off, let me say that I started out by ordering the wrong Honda emblem. After contacting the seller and telling them my predicament they proceeded to not only find me the product number that I needed so I could order it from someone else since they did not have that specific one. My return was also handled promptly! I would absolutely buy from the seller again! Every email I sent was responded to promptly! The seller is definitely a keeper!   The item was in OEM quality, in perfect condition, affordable price, and looks amazing after installation on the car. The seller communication was very useful, shipping time was extra fast since I ordered the emblem Friday afternoon, and received it in Monday, so just Saturday & Sunday!! Thank you .

  I’m leaving them a 5 star because the customer support was great , I had an issue with my product and they took care of me , realizing what was wrong with the issue and getting on it quickly , on top of that they replied within 2-5min for a big account that’s super fast , I appreciate the service they gave to me today and will continue to buy from them , they will go further length to help you out then most sellers would on eBay .

  JEOAUTO is Phenomenal!!! I am in the process of returning a purchase, that they went above & beyond to get right, IMO. No fault of theirs or mine. I sent emails with questions, along with my VIN before purchase, sadly it still didn't get me the correct part. They are very reputable and stand by their word, which is very rare in todays world, I will be recommending them to coworkers, friends & I will definitely be buying from them in the future. 5 Stars all the way, thank you again, JEOAUTO!
