    Item was exactly as described and thankfully the seller was ON THEIR GAME because right after I clicked “purchase”, I realized I had shipped it to the wrong address! Yet, I needed it asap for my daughter’s Harry Potter birthday party. Thankfully, the seller got my SOS message AND REPLIED in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES!!!! So, the seller was able to send it to the correct address! Phew! The party was a huge success! Thank you!!

    My item arrived earlier than expected, which was a great surprise! Tracking was provided the whole way, giving me real peace of mind. It was packed tightly and marked as fragile, and everything showed up in perfect condition — clean and exactly as described. I'm genuinely spiffed with the whole experience.
