  Do not trust this seller , I ordered a ben sherman t shirt they sent the wrong size I had a phone call from seller they were going to email a code for me to return t shirt at my post office and it never materialised after that it went quiet communication was very bad and I was going to have to pay the postage out my refund to send it back would definitely not recommend this seller.

  To start with the seller used wrong description for the item which I promptly returned but it seems the seller deducted £10 claiming returned item came back without tags which the item didn't have to start with. It was returned straight away in the same condition as it was received - there were no tags which probably suggests it is not a first return of this particular item due to incorrect description. It is simply a scam and the seller still owes me £10 and apology for false claims

  You returned a product without tags. When we dispatch items they have to have tags on, this is how they are scanned out of our warehouse. We still issued a refund for the goods in good faith. Please note the product is a Texas Stretch jean and the description is accurate.
