  Everything handled very professionally, from unexpectedly fast shipping to all communication about details. Even though I had never bought a automobile motor, and from added details of shipping to my mechanic to item specifics, all of my questions were answered promptly and with patience.   Purchased the tr690jhaba for my 2010 Subaru Outback. Had several questions and the seller was very efficient with answering them all. Most were answered the same day. Shipping was very fast and delivered sooner than I expected. I would definitely recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.

  Nice unit! Communication with the seller was very good. I asked specific questions that were answered promptly and accurately. Shipping was fast and reasonable. I made a mistake and had the engine shipped to my house instead of my employer’s business. The seller accommodated me by having a lift equipped truck make the delivery at no extra cost. I would definitely use this seller again.

  Seller called today to resolve the issue without having to take the transmission out and ship it back to them. Ultimately refunded the cost of the transmission but not the shipping.
