This could be a Trump administration new charge for Canada/international bound parcels. Not a good sign for international customers buying from US. Other than this shock, the seller packaged the coin really well and the coin was "cleaned" as described, but not as pictured (shinier in hand). Because of the hefty US Surcharge, the value was not as good.
