  All as described and quick delivery, however the plastic bag delivery packaging had been ripped opened at both ends, the actual product packaging had clearly been opened and was generally ruined, and the courier (Evri) rang the doorbell and ran away. Fortunately the products themselves were not damaged and were not intended to be a gift else would have been returned. More approriate outer packaging is probably the answer...

  First tool to arrive was faulty so contacted seller and was replaced 3 days later. Fantastic value for a great machine in as new quality condition. Great seller and have bought more items from them based on their customer service alone.

  Neck fan arrived safely and exactly as described. Arrived in good condition and was a great value purchase. Looks good and not too bulky. Appears to be of good quality. Can’t fault anything. Extremely quick service as only ordered on Monday and took delivery on Wednesday. BIG THANK YOU.
