  Awesome seller! Communication was outstanding. I was contacted by JDM-Alliance telling me that the Valve cover I purchased had a crack. They told me they had other valve covers they could send but not in the greatest shape as the one I purchased or a refund. I opted for a replacement cover. Shipping was fast! To my amazement I received a very clean and refreshed valve cover! Great seller, takes care of their customers! Plus, I got the throttle clips from the first valve cover at my request.

  Shipped a different (much dirtier and dented) engine than listed and forgot the transmission (despite "guaranteed item you will receive" on listing). Customer service told me it was no big deal and that I didn't actually want the transmission anyhow, then referred me to the "warranty department" who did nothing and then ghosted me. Seems like a classic bait and switch to me.

  Hi James, First and foremost, I apologize for the experience you had with your order. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. I regret that the engine you received did not meet our quality standards and that the transmission was missing. However, we did offer you the option to return the motor for a full refund, which you declined. Additionally, we have a large sticker on all our shipments advising inspection to ensure everything is in order before signing for it.
