    I purchased three items from the same seller. I was very pleased that the seller mailed all three items together. Each came in their original box. The items were new and described very well.     This item was as described, but unfortunately arrived damaged, despite seller's best attempt to pack it carefully. But my main reason for leaving a review today is to say that this seller stands behind his products. I sent photos of the broken ornament, and seller promptly refunded my money. I was thankful for such an easy and fast resolution to my issue!
