  The seller broke a button off the radio while preparing it for shipment and immediately emailed me to apologize and offer my money back. I was impressed with his honesty. We came to an agreement over the button issue, he sent me the radio and it arrived meticulously wrapped in protective packaging. The radio works fine and I'm happy to have dealt with this seller.

  Seller unilaterally cancelled the order, according to seller due to "...an issue with buyer's shipping address..." Assuming that's the correct reason, it's interesting how the seller had an "issue" with shipping, when if anyone were to look at our feedback and/or shipping history, apparently 270+ other sellers had no problem at all shipping to us. Had the seller likely been more diligent in his efforts to verify the address, all of this wouldn't be necessary. I'm certainly never buying from him!
