  The seller was great and sent the towel bar very quickly. When the package arrived, the box was three-fourths opened on top. When I opened the box, the small package containing the mounting brackets and screws, etc. was missing. I sent the seller photos and explained. They issued a refund immediately. I would definitely buy from them again.
