  Seller was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in communication. Although my item was damaged in shipping (clearly usps’s fault, as the item was packaged well and proof was shown of it working before shipping), the seller still went above and beyond in making the situation right.

  Extremely honest person. Seller made an error in auction listing and discovered it after I had paid for the bowls. Seller wrote to me and told me of his error, gave me a choice of cancelling my purchase. I did not cancel purchase, and the seller gave me a generous refund. I wish all sellers were this honest. Would buy agin from this seller in a heartbeat. Thank You Mike

  Great product, exactly as described, customer service was amazing, and very trustworthy. Only issues I had was with USPS and their package mishandling, but this seller set the bar for customer service. Issue resolved in recording time.
