    The item arrived on time.but was unfortunately damaged in transit, the packaging said 'fragile' on it but it certainly wasnt treated that way on its way to me! I messaged the seller within 5 minutes of it being dropped off and provided photos etc and received an immediate response confirming I would be sent a refund which turned a dissapointing experience into a positive one. Excellently handled by the seller, very impressed

    Well packaged, prompt postage and reasonable value. Unfortunately, a part was missing that was shown in there picture, so want quite as described. But offered a partial refund as I could still use some of them parts. Jay handled communications quickly and efficiently. Good seller

    Quick reply to question before buying. Prompt despatch and would undoubtedly have been quick delivery but unfortunately we didn't see a postman for 5 days so definitely the sellers fault. Screws were in better condition than they appeared to be in the pictured. Great seller, would definitely buy from again.

    Very pleased to receive a genuine karcher rotary head replacement for my jet washer. I was a bit apprehensive as I had messaged the seller but he didn't respond, as he offered a return policy (obviously at my cost) I went ahead with the purchase . It was dispatched quickly, well packaged to insure no damage and arrived promptly. It was exactly as described, dirty but fully working. Very happy.
