  Good transaction, but item was not packaged very well, toy was loose in box allowed to bounce around, packing paper was folded up laying on top not protecting toy in any way. Shipping price was very fair but you get what you pay for. Item was exactly as described.

  The seller was great, the clock was exactly what I’d been searching for. Don’t ship anything fragile with FedEx. This is the second time I’ve lost an item because of their carelessness. The corner of the box was bent, the wood on the base of the clock was broken and multiple pieces of the chime mechanism fell out when I opened the door. Sad. Otherwise I would have been completely happy. Reasonable price, prompt shipping, no problem accepting the return and providing a full refund- thank you
