    On 1st delivery there was a pole missing so I emailed Colin and he got straight back to me. I explained that the Evri delivery driver says it needed to be re-packaged and I’m assuming when this happened the pole “disappeared” but Colin just says “oh well” and offered to post me another pole asap. First class ebayer and would have no hesitation in using this company again.

    Great experience with the seller. Even though the item that I received was not the expected, the seller was extremely professional and honest. He explained that he made a mistake when sending the parcel and refunded me even before I had dispatched the parcel. Eventually he even let me keep the wrong parcel. Even though I didn't get the item I wanted and wasted the time, I give 5 stars for the honesty, swiftest and consideration towards the customer.
