  The box was a little dinged up, but the seller enclosed a note saying it arrived to her that way, and she tested it, and it worked fine. She packed it very well in bubble wrap within a strong box, so it should be OK. I'll get my daughter to try it out, and I can return it to this seller if I need to. I'm rating the seller rather than the item because people who are interested in Creative Memories Border Punches know that they are of great quality.
