  Took 12 days to ship my item. Very first line of the item description said “[NEW • Unopened]”… item came opened. I messaged them before, during (during the shipment phase) and after I got my item. Not a single response, ever. Horrible and unprofessional seller.

  Overall a good experience. There was some weirdness with FedEx regarding the item description and customs, but seller did reach out quickly to try to clear up the issue. It arrived as described and within a timely manner. Would buy from them again.

  I do not recommend this seller… slow to ship, yet delivery was quick once shipped, condition of item was good, however, accessory items were not in the box as pictured. Seller preference was to let me return it, thus losing about > three weeks of my time, research and setting up the item. Live and learn.
