    Amazing experience, wonderful product, great communication, super-fast shipping with no issues, was informed at every stage of shipping with full tracking until delivery to the door. Packaging was perfect. The product was exactly as described and in excellent condition, brand new with tags as promised. Was very excited when I opened the package. Would recommend the seller to everybody!

    Item received was not the correct item, however the seller went above and beyond to remedy the issue, presenting multiple options that were very generous and skewed more towards my advantage than to his. Sometimes things go wrong, and knowing that this seller takes steps to fix issues rather than having to mediate through eBay make this seller a true asset to the eBay community. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, knowing that I have their support through the entire process.

    Wow, great buy. I have never purchased from Japan before as i was worried about shipping. This purchase was super smooth. Purchased Monday and it arrived Thursday…from Japan. Bag looks brand new—better than advertised. Would definitely buy from this seller again.

    Item was as shown on the pictures and looks (and smells) like the questions i asked. The box it was sent in was too small for the item and bulked up on the top, therefore the package was ripped a bit. They should have used a bigger box.
