  my first eBay review because this seller well deserves it. they were responsive in communication. i could tell they put lots of care/consideration into the packaging because the item was packaged very nicely/securely for the overseas shipping, and even unexpectedly came with designer box and authenticity cards, despite being a "used" item. condition just as described (if not better) and as seen in photos. overall very pleased, and would buy from this seller again. thanks again.

  Great seller! Unlike others who seemed to have access to the very same secondhand item (and used the same photos), this seller was responsive, giving a clear and reassuring response to my enquiry. The item was carefully packaged, shipped promptly and arrived in Germany one week after I paid for it... The item itself was in great condition!

  So sorry for not rating sooner but I just got home. I did not realize it would come so fast. This was the quickest international shipping I’ve ever had and it was packed so well to prevent damage. The shoes and heel kits were a great price, just as described and in perfect condition. They don’t sell these in the US so I’m so glad I found them. Thank you for such a smooth transaction.
